Our mission

I believe AI fluency is the next great dividing line in consulting — so I help practitioners turn that fluency into client results, recurring revenue, and a firm that lasts.

I teach AI consulting because I think too many talented practitioners are leaving serious value on the table. Not because they lack technical ability — but because nobody has handed them a working system for turning AI fluency into a real, scalable business. That's the gap I built these schools to close.

My courses follow a deliberate sequence. We start at the craft level — learning to write prompts that actually produce client-ready work, not just interesting outputs. Then we move to building: designing and deploying AI agents that solve specific problems for paying clients. And for those ready to make the leap, we go all the way to building a firm — recurring revenue, a delivery team, and a practice that doesn't collapse the moment you step back.

My teaching philosophy is straightforward: every lesson needs to connect to a billable outcome. I don't teach AI as a curiosity. I teach it as leverage. You'll work with real consulting use cases — due diligence, market sizing, stakeholder communications, agent scoping — so that what you practice on Monday you can apply on a client call by Friday.

If you're a consultant who knows AI is reshaping your field and wants to be ahead of it — not scrambling to catch up — you're exactly who I built this for. Come build something real.

Our ethos

  1. 1AI skills only matter in the context of client value — so every concept we cover connects directly to a deliverable, a service, or a revenue outcome.
  2. 2Practitioners learn best by doing real work, not studying hypotheticals — so the exercises, templates, and frameworks in these courses are built to go straight into live engagements.
  3. 3Scaling a consulting practice is a design problem, not a grind problem — so we focus on building systems, offers, and teams that create leverage, not just more hours.
